Job Description

We are hiring a customer engineer who will split time between shipping features in Mastra's TypeScript framework and working directly with paying customers deploying agents to production. You will write code in customers' repos, review PRs, discuss architecture with engineers, and contribute bug fixes and new primitives back to Mastra. You should be a full-stack TypeScript engineer who can explain technical decisions clearly to engineers who haven't seen your code. Process: a call with Shane (co-founder/CPO) who leads customer engineering, a conversation with a customer engineer, a 2-3 hour take-home, then present your solution to the team and receive feedback. Remote; EU customers and response-time SLAs mean US Eastern/Central or EU hours work best.
