Job Description

We are looking for a Founding Backend Engineer to help with technical challenges such as improving our dataset explainability capabilities, building out our multi-agent system to generate the highest quality synthetic data, and scaling infrastructure to handle petabytes of data. You should have 2-5 years of experience as a backend engineer, technical founder, or founding engineer. You must be exceptionally driven and have an intrinsic interest in solving data scarcity. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model, requiring 4 days in the office per week (3 fixed, 1 flexible).
