Job Description

Junior-Mid AI/ML/Backend Engineer role involves supporting the development of AI aspects of the product, mainly the conversational interface. This isn't a purely ML position; it involves a lot of software engineering and back-end development. Projects include migrating away from Langchain, building robust testing and observability for LLM performance, experimenting with and improving the RAG pipeline, and fine-tuning/distillation to reduce latency/costs. Requires ~masters level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience and 1 year of full-time relevant work experience.
