Job Description

Junior-Mid AI/ML/Backend Engineer (fulltime) position. Remote work is possible (~EU timezone if freelance contract OR Spain/NL for employee contract). Salary range is 2-4.5k EUR/month. The role involves supporting the development of AI aspects of the product, mainly the conversational interface. Projects include building robust testing and observability for LLM performance, experimenting with and improving the RAG pipeline, fine-tuning/distillation to reduce latency/costs, and working on a voice interface. Requires ~masters level education in a relevant field and 1 year of full-time relevant work experience.
