Job Description
Lantern is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (mid career - Staff) to work on the core product, helping build intelligent systems that can reason about complex sales workflows and make autonomous decisions. Responsibilities include building reliable agentic workflows, designing data pipelines, architecting scalable systems, and collaborating with early customers. Tools used include Python, LangGraph, BAML, Temporal.io, ClickHouse, Postgres, TypeScript, React, AWS, Modal.com, K8s, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.Location
