Senior Software Engineer at Labor Solutions (YC-style). Fully remote, India-based. You will contribute to a worker wellbeing and compliance platform used by global buyers and their supply chain sites across Asia. You’ll join during a migration and platform buildout where architectural decisions matter. Tech stack includes Django + Python backend, dbt for data transformation, React/Next.js for web, and Expo/React Native for mobile, deployed on AWS and Azure. Responsibilities include building and maintaining production APIs, contributing to migration of legacy services while delivering new features, and collaborating across teams to ensure robustness and data quality. Requirements: strong Python/Django production API experience; comfortable with React/Next.js; experience with Expo/React Native a plus; solid understanding of data pipelines (dbt a plus, but SQL fluency is essential); cloud experience on AWS or Azure (not operations, but enough to avoid blockers); emphasis on code quality without over-optimizing.
