Jito Labs is seeking a senior engineer to build the future of MEV and block building on Solana. Responsibilities include diving deep into the world of MEV and on-chain trading, collaborating with the team to build high-performance features, and debugging problems across the stack. Qualifications include 5+ years of systems programming experience in Rust, C, or C++, familiarity with low latency programming, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Nice to have skills include blockchain infrastructure experience and HFT experience.
