Job Description
We’re Hiring for our Servicing Automation Team at Imprint. The role involves working on technology that powers cost-efficient, scalable customer operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive margin through automation. Key success metrics include reliability, efficiency, and key service metrics such as delinquency & SLA performance. The stack includes Go, Python, React, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes, MySQL, DynamoDB, Kafka, and Helm.Remote
