Job Description

Hardfin is looking to add another full-stack engineer who can wear a bit of a product hat and is comfortable with "figuring it out" as they build. The hiring process includes a 30 min intro call, 30 min tech screen, 30 min vision/product call, 2hr technical test, and a 45 min culture fit call. Requirements include 5+ years of experience, 3+ years with Go, 1+ year with TypeScript, and 6+ months of working with AI-assisted IDE/tooling. Candidates must be located in CA or CO and must be a citizen, permanent resident, or have work authorization that isn't tied to employment.
