Job Description
Full-time Software Engineer role. Fractional AI builds production-grade AI systems that optimize core operations, automate internal workflows, and improve customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing scalable software to deliver business outcomes in production, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and helping move AI initiatives from POCs to robust real-world deployments. Note: This entry covers the Software Engineer role; if there are multiple hires for this title, this entry represents that role once.Remote Conditions
