Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Hardware/Robotics Engineer to take charge of designing, building, and scaling our robotic hardware. You'll work with robot arms, grippers, sensors, and pneumatic systems – a mix of off-the-shelf and custom-built components – and help grow our hardware team from 3 to dozens in the coming years. If rigid, overcomplicated automation frustrates you and you want to build robots that just work, this is your place. You’ll be hands-on, shipping real systems, and redefining industry standards.
