Job Description

Founding full-stack engineer to build AI-driven workflow automation for healthcare clinics. Ship fast, own end-to-end systems, and interact with customers. Near-term work includes shipping a production integration for a design partner and building an auditable human-in-the-loop workflow/agent pipeline. Stack: Next.js/TypeScript, Django/Python, Postgres, Celery/Redis, Docker, AWS/DO, LLM APIs. You should be a strong full-stack shipper, reliable teammate, and comfortable with customer feedback. Compensation includes market base plus bonus and meaningful equity. Applicants should be prepared to work remotely with US or LATAM overlap.
