Senior IC DevOps Engineer for a capital markets technology company. Join a small global, fully asynchronous team building systems support, tooling, and a custom observability platform in Python. The role focuses on on-prem Linux infrastructure with purpose-built hardware, handling 300B+ messages per day with 99.99% uptime. Capital markets/FIX experience is a plus but not required. Leadership still codes; no hand-holding or fluff. This is a Senior IC role reporting directly to the engineering lead. United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa (US/EMEA focus) with APAC leads; remote across EMEA, APAC, and Americas. Salary expectations are not published. We are open to different engagements (contract, W-2, contract-to-hire) depending on regional and personal factors.
