Converge is looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join their small team of 4 in NYC. The company has scaled to $1M+ in ARR across ~200 customers and recently raised $5.6M from YC and the founders of Posthog, Algolia, Showpad, Shipbob, etc. The role involves building the entire data stack of a marketeer in-house and deeply integrated, offering a 10x better product experience to understand customer acquisition. The infrastructure processes ~4000 jobs/s and billions of $ in e-commerce transactions, with a focus on building realtime data pipelines and complex data analysis tools.
