Job Description
Platform Systems Engineer responsible for building and maintaining platform infrastructure for NCBI. Key technologies include Linux, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Kafka, GitLab, ArgoCD, Elastic APM, Python, and C++. This role supports modernization of government IT infrastructure and enables developers across NCBI to build, deploy, and manage software, data, and web services. Note: This posting represents Platform Systems Engineer positions at all levels; there are multiple related postings for DevEx Engineers and Platform Engineering Manager.Location
