Note: This posting covers two roles: Senior Software Engineer and Mid-Level Software Engineer. Senior role: Product-minded, systems-thinking engineer with 5+ years of experience; you’ll lead 1–2 engineers while still taking substantial features from concept to production solo and mentor others in code design and driving AI agents effectively. You’ll work across the full stack: PHP (backend), React + TypeScript (frontend), MySQL, RESTful APIs, AWS. You’ll validate AI tooling as a real tool, push tools until they fail, and translate customer needs into maintainable software. Responsibilities include shipping features end-to-end, maintaining quality, and collaborating with stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering; strong systems thinking; mentoring ability; comfort with AI-assisted development; strong communication. Compensation: Salary TBD based on experience.
