Job Description
Two roles open: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (6+ yrs) to advance the core platform. We value deep fundamentals (system design, database optimization, clean architecture) over specific syntax. Stack: Ruby on Rails backend, Hotwire and Next.js frontend, enterprise form/document capabilities. On-site SF Mon-Thu hybrid; remote days not specified. Compensation: $170,000-$230,000 + equity.
