The role involves developing reusable, enterprise capability APIs for real estate software. Required skills include strong backend experience, REST API experience, Mongo/NoSQL data modeling, Node.js backend development, and AWS cloud experience. The interview process includes a 30-minute experience screen, a 1-hour pair-programming session to build an API endpoint in Node.js and JavaScript, a 1-hour system-design interview, and a 30-minute culture fit interview.
