Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for support, enhancement, improving efficiency and feature development of the AMD Unified Linux Driver build and packaging ecosystem, along with development and support of AMD Linux Driver Stack for major Linux distributions. Key responsibilities include developing packaging solutions, communication with open source community, collaborative design and implementation of solutions, maintaining the build, packaging, installation and publishing ecosystem, and resolving issues reported by customers and QA. Preferred experience includes familiarity with C and C++ programming, Linux software development and tooling, multiple Linux distributions, source code control systems, and CI/CD and container technologies.
