Adclear is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a 6-engineer team in London on a hybrid arrangement (4 days a week in the office). You will own how AI-powered compliance evaluation pipelines evolve in production, working directly with the CTO and AI engineers, while shipping across the full stack. You’ll influence architecture, tooling, and team processes. The stack includes TypeScript, React, React Router v7, Tailwind, shadcn/ui; Hono on Cloudflare Workers; Drizzle ORM; PostgreSQL (Neon); Python, FastAPI; LangChain + LangGraph; and GitHub Actions. We use Cursor, Claude Code and Greptile daily. Competitive compensation (£75-95k) plus equity, with private healthcare, gym budget, and hardware budget.
