Join Accretional as a Founding Software Engineer to work on Brilliant, an advanced AI code editor. The role requires frontend/fullstack skills with at least 3 years of experience, preferably 5 or more. Experience with IDE development, cloud environments, platform engineering, AWS/GCP/K8s/containers, DevOps, WASM, prompt engineering, and LLM usage is beneficial. The position is on-site in San Francisco four days a week. Candidates must be in the SF Bay Area or able to relocate by the end of January. The role offers a salary of $100k-200k and 1-2+% equity.
