Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery on strategic client projects in Foundry/AIP. Build production workflows from data integration to decision tools. Partner with stakeholders (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to unlock value. Lead engineering teams; help shape our delivery model and engineering culture. Requirements include 3+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP, strong software fundamentals (Python, Spark, TypeScript), deep understanding of data modeling, ontologies, operational workflows, ability to lead in complex client environments, consulting mindset. Bonus: financial services experience; products/tools built on Foundry/AIP; prior Palantir or boutique consultancy experience.
