Veedma is a telehealth practice for men's hormonal and sexual health. We treat low testosterone, ED, and vitamin D deficiency in men 18 and up, fully online. Cash-pay subscription covers consultations, lab panels twice yearly, prescribed medications, and unlimited messaging. Clinically enclomiphene-only; we don't offer testosterone replacement therapy. Founder-led: an MD urologist (CEO) and a software CTO (ex-Yva.ai, acquired by Visier). The platform is AI-native by default: founders code in Claude Code daily and production calls OpenAI's API from Python. Akute is the EHR, Stripe handles billing. There are two founding seats reporting to the founders directly: Founding Product Engineer and Founding Growth Engineer. Both roles are remote in the US, async-first with US-hours overlap. Equity is offered for both roles, with salaries in the ranges below.
