General Intelligence Holdings is building an AI operating platform for established service businesses, starting with UK accountancy. The model is to acquire businesses and deploy software into their daily workflows, measuring impact on time, quality and cost. They built Helix v1 connecting accounting workflows, AI assistance, source evidence and review controls, covering reconciliation, payroll, VAT and debtors. The next challenge is deployment in an operating practice, including production integrations, security and independent validation. They are fundraising and seeking a hands-on CTO to own architecture and engineering delivery, write code, work with accountants and build the technical team.
