CGR Lab at Chalmers University works at the intersection of biology and machine learning. We develop deep learning architectures for biology, including transformer-based models (e.g., BERT) and state-space models (e.g., Mamba) for large-scale biological data, and build models to predict functional effects of genomic variants. No biology background required.
